Puglia IGT Negroamaro
Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Negroamaro. The grapes grow in the characteristic terra rossa soil of Salento in Puglia, which is rich in clay and limestone. Following a ten-day skin maceration, the wine ferments at controlled temperatures using selected yeasts. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the fruity character and spicy aromas are optimally preserved. Tasting note Deep dark red in color with purple and black nuances. The nose is intense and fruity, with aromas of blackcurrant, wild red fruit, and subtle spicy notes of thyme. On the palate, the wine is soft, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced, with ripe fruit tones and a long, flavorful finish. Food pairing Delicious with flavorful starters, grilled or roasted meat, and mature cheeses. Also an excellent accompaniment to pasta with rich meat sauces and Mediterranean dishes.
