Salento IGP Bianco
Wine details
Grape variety/vinification Made from Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September in Salento, Puglia. After 24 hours of skin maceration, the wine ferments at controlled temperatures of 12 to 14 °C. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which optimally preserves its fresh and fruity character. Tasting note Fresh and aromatic with intense aromas of ripe pear, passion fruit, and mandarin. The palate is lively and elegant, with a fine balance between ripe fruit and refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, fruity, and pleasantly invigorating. Food pairing Delicious as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, soups, pasta with creamy or light sauces, and fresh cheeses. Also an excellent choice with salads, grilled fish, and shellfish.
