Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Malbec. The wine comes from vineyards in the Garrigues, north of Montpellier. After a long, traditional vinification under strict temperature control, the wine develops its deep color, rich fruit expression, and soft structure. Tasting note Deep violet in color with an expressive aroma of ripe plums, cassis, blackberries, and black cherries, complemented by sweet spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is creamy, full-bodied, and well-balanced, with soft, round tannins and a long, silky finish. Food pairing Delicious with grilled red meat, stews, and dishes with a rich sauce. Also an excellent choice with white meat, lamb dishes, and aged cheeses.
