Côtes de Gascogne IGP What the Duck Colombard-Sauvignon
Grape variety/vinification Made from Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are carefully vinified to optimally preserve their fresh character and aromatic expression. This results in a lively, fruity white wine with a nice balance between freshness, elegance, and aromatic intensity. Tasting note Light yellow in color with clear aromas of flowers, citrus, and ripe exotic fruit. The taste is fresh, lively, and well-balanced, with crisp acidity, a subtle bitterness, and a long, refreshing finish. Food pairing Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with fresh salads, shellfish and crustaceans, and various fish dishes. Also delicious with goat cheese, light pastas, and Mediterranean dishes.
