Pays D'Oc IGP Medusa Viognier

Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Viognier. The grapes come from the Garrigues, north of Montpellier, where the combination of clay and limestone soils and the influence of the Mediterranean Sea ensures optimal ripening. Careful vinification preserves the aromatic intensity, fresh acidity, and elegant structure of the grape. Tasting note Light golden yellow in color with a bright sheen. The nose is dominated by aromas of white peach, apricot, and subtle white flowers. The palate is full and elegant, with ripe stone fruit, refined freshness, and a soft, harmonious finish. Wine/food pairing Delicious as an aperitif or paired with fresh salads, fish dishes, and white meat. Also an excellent choice with shellfish, creamy pastas, and soft cheeses.
