Venezie IGT Pinot Grigio

Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Pinot Grigio. After gentle pressing, the grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures to optimally preserve the fresh fruit aromas. The wine is then aged for three months sur lie (on the fine lees), which provides extra depth and a soft, creamy structure. Tasting note Light straw yellow in color with fresh aromas of tropical fruit and refined floral notes. On the palate, this Pinot Grigio is lively and elegant, with a nice acidity and fresh notes of pear and citrus fruits. The finish is clean, refreshing, and inviting. Food pairing Delicious as an aperitif or in combination with vegetable soups, grilled white meat, and light fish dishes. Also an excellent choice with fresh salads or soft cheeses.
