Venezie IGT Pinot Grigio Rosato, Blush

Grape variety/vinification Made from 100% Pinot Grigio. The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed, after which the juice remains in contact with the skins for approximately eight hours. This gives the wine its characteristic light pink blush color and refined aromas. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve its fresh character. Tasting note Light pink in color with an intense and fruity bouquet of cherries and small red fruits. The taste is fresh, harmonious, and elegant, with a refined minerality that ensures a beautiful balance and a long, fresh finish. Food pairing Delicious as an aperitif or in combination with sushi, light starters, and vegetable dishes. Also an excellent choice with salads, grilled fish, and soft cheeses.
