Our "Freaky Friday" series is about opening a portal to the world’s best breweries, and Monkish in LA is widely considered the pinnacle of hoppy beer. Bomb Atomically is one of their most famous recipes—a Citra and Galaxy Double IPA. Because Galaxy is a fickle hop, we waited until we secured a truly exceptional lot to brew this.
