This is the second stop in the UNCHARTED OUTPOSTS series — a travelling project where Uncharted Brew Co takes full creative control on hijacked stainless. Brewed at our heavenly friends of Hophemel for the 2026 Beer Experience Festival, UNCHARTED HOP MINER is a Black West Coast IPA that digs deep. It’s sharp and dry in the glass, bursting with grapefruit zest and sticky pine, finishing with a tight, assertive bitterness that stays raw and unpolished — pure underground energy. Whirlpool: Cascade/Amarillo Dry Hop: Cascade/Citra/Centennial Other tanks, same burning fuel.
