Mad About Hops - HBC 630
Mad About Hops HBC 630 is a delicious fresh Single Hop IPA with 7% alcohol, in which the hops have a rich pallet of aromas. In it you recognize tropical fruit, pine, citrus and even red fruits like raspberry and cherry This is already the third edition of our Mad About Hops series. For this Single Hop IPA we chose the experimental hop variety HBC 630. The hops come from the Hop Breeding Company (HBC), a joint venture between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches, two major American hop growers. HBC aims to develop new hop varieties. Before a new hop variety is officially released on the market, selected brewers can already try these hops. The temporary name for such a hop begins with the abbreviation HBC, followed by a number. When this hop officially comes out, it will get its final name. We are very enamored with this hop, so we expect to see this hop on the market in the future, but with an appropriate name. Like its predecessors, this beer comes in a nice big 44 cl can. Ideal to enjoy deliciously by yourself, or to share.
