BOOBYTRAP/PARTYBOOB Black IPA/White IPA duo Black IPA, or Cascadian Dark Ale for the purists, is our head brewer Wilco’s favorite style. The combination of dark, roasted malt character with bright hop freshness already makes this an in-house spring favorite. The malt base features roasted barley and wheat, with oats added for body. From there, we loaded it up with a carefully designed hop blend of Citra, Cascade, Mosaic, Idaho 7, and El Dorado. This mix delivers a backbone of classic citrus and grapefruit, layered with tropical notes and a touch of resin.
