This double oatcream IPA with lactose was layered like a giant, overflowing plate: Nelson Bliss, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Citra, Motueka, Motueka Cryo, Simcoe, and a shot of Simcoe Dynaboost to top it off. It's rich. It's intense. It's practically a liquid pizza-ghetti—and yes, it hits you hard after just two bites.
