The two-year aged release builds on the foundation of its younger sibling with a more subdued, refined character. Dark fruits, bourbon, and oak remain present but settle into the background, while caramel takes a more forward role on the palate. The bitterness is slightly less pronounced than the one-year, and the finish is lightly fruited with hints of toffee and vanilla threading through.
