Welcome To the Citra Jungle

Welcome to the Citra Jungle is a Hazy DIPA (8% ABV) and a nod to one of the first single hop beers we ever brewed. Besides that, Citra is still the hop we have used the most over the years and honestly, we do not see that changing anytime soon! ;-) The beer explores Citra through multiple form types, to push every side of the hop forward. Citra Cryo and Citra Incognito on the hot side create a saturated base of ripe citrus and tropical fruit, while cold-side additions of Citra T90, more Citra Cryo and Citra HyperBoost bring in notes of mango, peach, lime zest and pulpy orange. A soft grist of pilsner malt, wheat and oats keeps the body full and smooth, while LAIII brings the rounded fermentation profile and fruity esters we love so much.
