Barlow (2026)

Brewed with heaps of roasted malt and rye, this Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels carries notes of baker’s chocolate, toasted challah, and subtle smoke. This total beefcake of a Barlow batch was aged in a mix of barrels for 22 months, and evaporated to the high heavens! Barlow went into barrels at 11.3% and came out at a whopping 15.7%! It is lush and supple on the palate, balanced by an elevated roast that cuts any bit of cloying character. Its rye spice shines thoroughly on the finish and is a runway to the warming alcohol felt deep in the chest.
