Northern IPA. Music Shoot is an association dedicated to organizing concerts in Strasbourg and the surrounding area, as well as an annual festival scheduled for April 10th and 11th of this year, 2026. The team trusted us enough to brew the beer for this edition. Characterful yet drinkable—these were the criteria in their specifications. The recent Northern IPA style seemed perfectly suited to us, since it combines the clean profile of an old-school IPA with the juicy character of modern IPAs. A touch of Chinook for bitterness, Citra hops for a solid aromatic foundation, and the Motueka & Wakatu duo dry-hopped for fruity notes.
