Pineapple & Sriracha Pastry Sour We continue our journey into the world of sauces! This time, we're heading to Asia, and more specifically to Thailand, with the famous Sriracha sauce. We thought it would pair perfectly with an exotic fruit and a good dose of indulgence. Pineapple seemed like the ideal choice, especially in a Pastry Sour. The fruit is incredibly fresh and juicy, while the Sriracha gently warms the palate and adds surprising umami and salty notes.
