Passion Fruit Triple NEIPA Nothing is lost, everything is transformed! Let's turn failure into magic with a bit of tape and a few bits of string, just like that good old MacGyver! So, while our innovative, revolutionary, and disruptive© Dry Hopping technique had rejected its debut attempt at Yes But Not Today, this time it was a success. Not a trace of bitterness is detectable in this brew, which combines fruit juice from the hops (Talus, Citra & Rakau) with fruit juice from the addition of Passion Fruit, providing a little kick of acidity and freshness. It's hard to believe this elaborate brewing experiment is 9.5% ABV, given how easily it goes down.
