IF I COULD ONLY READ YOUR MIND, LOVE 2023

This is one of six releases of barrel aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into six different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a cherry liqueur barrel and the notes are exactly as you’d want, deep, rich and sweet cherry in abundance! This will develop over time but this is excellent to drink right now.
