Beschreibung

This is a second fill of peated single malt whisky barrels. The base mead was a buckwheat trójniak made with just gently caramelised honey and water. Aged for 10 months.
The distinct aromas of buckwheat honey combine beautifully with the peat notes typical of Islay. Semi sweet and pretty drinkable :)
