Beschreibung
OBELISK 26 Return of the monolith. Citra - Nelson - Galaxy. 2026 version of a gargantuan DIPA at 8,4% abv. A familiar sight featuring one of the most iconic hop combinations perhaps ever but with a lot of changes under the hood. Fresh batches of hops. Little adjustments to amounts, types and where they are used in the brewing process. Adding some new innovations such as Nelson Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops into the mix. We've also done some changes to other parts of the recipe such as the malt bill and the base beer landing at a much thicker mouthfeel this time. Have a go at tackling the 2026 version of Obelisk and let us know what you think.
