Eira 2025

A complex and dense beer, carrying layers of dark roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, and dry fruits that made our cellar masters smile. The beer from the very best barrels was blended, and infused with vanilla beans and chocolate nibs, 100% fair trade and from controlled organic cultivation: as always supplied from our local chocolate factory Zotter. A magnificent beer with a deep, rounded chocolate presence, while the vanilla softens the edges and weaves sweetness and warmth through the natural intensity of the imperial stout. The bourbon ties everything together with notes of oak, caramel, and mellow whiskey. Eira is a slow sipper, made for long evenings, where chocolate, vanilla and bourbon meet in perfect balance.
