Beschreibung
Not your Belgian classic Tripel, but a reinterpretation in our own manner. A pure and crisp, deep gold colored beer, tender, yet strong. A composite of aromas with mirabelle plums, cereals and spicy phenols gather alongside a creamy, dense head. Velvety textures on palate with subtle Ceylon Silver Tips tea tones, fruity esters and bitter, hoppy finale with alcohol warmth.
Pair it with risotto, simple pizzas or adventurous washed-rind cheese.
