Thin Red Line 4

Special release for 12th birthday of the best multitap in Poland. This mead was created from a lot of raspberries and rapeseed honey. During aging we added a ton of vanilla and backsweeten with phacelia honey. Finishing touch was made with ancho and chipotle peppers to give it a nice and complex yet moderate heat. Expect a big vanilla punch followed by intense fruitiness and a spicy finish. Long live Szynkarnia!
