Lost Forest is a modern take on a heritage style, basically the beer equivalent of stepping out of the modern world and surrounding yourself with local nature and tales of yore. A little bit of dry-hopping brings a modern edge to proceedings, but it’s that unmistakable malt sweetness, fruity notes and those old world flavours that evoke a sepia-tinted bygone era when traditional Scottish Ales reigned supreme.
