An Exclusive Blend of Barrel-Aged Barleywine Ale 16th Anniversary Barleywine Ale is a 36-month old barrel-aged barleywine ale aged in Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels blended with a touch of 12-month old barleywine ale. Each sip is more special than its last. Thank you all for being a part of this journey of experimenting, pushing the limits with new recipes, and supporting our passions for our barrel-aged program. ABV: 16.5% IBU: 25 Color: Hazy, brown Aroma: Caramel, vanilla, molasses followed by some toffee, fig, cherry with other fruity notes, whiskey, graham cracker along with some toast, oak and walnut. Flavor: Mildly sweet, lightly bitter, moderate lingering sweetness and slightly umami.
