Leeve Waldi – that’s how you translate Lieber Waldi into Kölsch dialect and that’s how Waldi is addressed as a Köbes in the pub. He is sometimes gruff, but always warm-hearted. WIESS (unfiltered top-fermented original form of a Kölsch) dry hopped with Saphir T90.
