DDH IPA Hops : Eclipse / Nelson Sauvin IPA at 7%, slightly stronger than usual (winter is coming) and brewed with a combo we deeply love ! 2 hops and 2 countries, Eclipse from Australia and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. It’s actually pretty long since we used a hop from Australia ! Eclipse offers sweet mandarin flavors and zesty citrus peel and fresh pine needles. We pair it with our house favorite, Nelson Sauvin. Bringing his famous and distinct gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Juicy, fresh and balanced !
