Description

The first of our 10 Years of Faith releases, celebrating a decade of the trailblazing Hazy Pale. It’s got all the bright, citrus hop aroma and flavour you’d expect from a full dosage of Citra and Mosaic. But we’ve dialled up the amount of wheat, for a velvety texture and classic wheat beer appearance. A specially sourced German yeast takes place of our house strain, to bring those classic esters of banana, clove and pepper. Faith in Mönchsbier is a well-balanced path between the Hazy Pale ales we’re known for and classic German tradition. Not that it meets the Reinheitsgebot. Prost!
