Description

A modern take on the classic Belgian witbier, dry-hopped with the vibrant Kohia Nelson blend. We’ve layered in orange and lemon peel, along with coriander seeds for that traditional citrus-spice character. Fermented with our house blend of LalBrew Pomona and Bry-97. Pale in color and softly hazy from a generous wheat bill. The flavor and aroma evoke a freshly blooming spring meadow.
