Indulge in the rich symphony of this beer, aged for 20 months in a Spanish Oak barrel from Andalusia, previously housing the luxurious Pedro Ximénez sherry for 30 years. This dark, robust brew teases the senses with a bouquet of ripened plums, dark cherries, and soaked raisins, layered with chocolatey, spicy notes and a touch of
apple tart.
The experience culminates in a slightly bitter aftertaste and an evocative hint of herbs and subtle smoke. Like fine wine, its character evolves over time, capturing the balance of tradition and innovation.
