Description
We took our Tripel base recipe and we enhanced the aroma and the bitterness by adding American hops, Amarillo and Mosaic. Pure and crisp, tender, yet strong, this beer is just ambrosial. Aromas of mirabelle plums, green fruits, cereals, floral and an earthy touch fuse together, creating an exhilarating taste. The hoppy finale with alcohol warmth contour a complex character. Pair it with risotto, salads or maturated cheese.
