Hop Diving - Idaho

Third installment in the Hop Diving series, where we delve into the world of trending hops and different ways to use them. This time we focus on hops created and grown in Idaho: Idaho Gem Hop Hash in the Whirlpool, and Idaho Gem and Idaho 7 pellets, split into a triple dry-hopping, and fermented with Juice Ale yeast. Aroma and flavor of peach and tangerine in the foreground, supported by subtle citrus and pungent notes. Malt base with plenty of oats and wheat malt, bringing a balanced mouthfeel with bitterness.
